1. Order Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from an order at
within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

Consequences of order cancellation:

We will refund all payments including delivery costs within fourteen days of receipt of your withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment for the refund as for the original transaction. We reserve the right to refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of the return shipment.

2. conclusion of contract

The contract is concluded by acceptance of the order via order confirmation by e-mail or by delivery of the goods. Alcohol is only sold in accordance with the Youth Protection Act (wine from the age of 16, spirits from the age of 18).
