From the blessed land of the Corinth region, a landscape of myths and exquisite natural beauty, Corinto specializes in the production of a single-variety extra virgin olive oil pressed exclusively from Manaki olives.
A CORINTHIAN TREASURE
The Manaki olive variety is inextricably linked to the Corinthian soil. This part of Greece, where the mountains meet the sea, is permeated by the scents and fragrances of wild animals, grasses and tree leaves. We try to capture the essence of this land in every single bottle of Corinto extra virgin olive oil.
The harvest begins around mid-October and lasts until the beginning of December. The oil from the Manaki olive is immediately recognizable by its yellow-green color, which comes from the ripeness of the harvested olive fruit, as well as its fruity aroma that transports you to our olive groves. The entire production process at Corinto, from harvesting to bottling, is geared towards emphasizing the impressive quality of our olive variety and presenting the oil as the quintessence of extra virgin olive oil.
Full flavor, low acidity and a soft finish that leaves an essence of spices: the three elements that make up the flavor profile of Corinto olive oil. Just a few drops of extra virgin olive oil are enough to enhance your dish, from gourmet creations to a delicious salad. And its properties are not just flavorful... Corinto olive oil can provide the ideal base for Mediterranean cuisine, while offering you an authentic taste and a range of health benefits associated with the consumption of high-quality olive oil.
From harvesting to bottling, the journey of each individual olive consists of a whole series of processes that are selected and implemented to guarantee the purity of the end product.
