Corinto is a Greek company that produces high-quality extra virgin olive oil exclusively from olives of the Manaki variety. The olives are sourced from our own olive grove and from the groves of cooperating producers. Corinto is based in Lechaion (Corinth), where our state-of-the-art facilities meet all the strict requirements of the new ISO 22000: 2018 and FSSC 22000 standard for maximum safety and hygiene. Quality assurance (ISO) and food safety (HACCP) systems are used during bottling to ensure the consistent flavor characteristics of our olive oil. Our aim is to produce only high quality results

THE SIX STAGES OF PRODUCTION

01. harvest
The olive fruit is harvested with the lowest possible carbon footprint, is harmless to our olive trees and protects both the fruit and the end consumer from residues or industrial pollutants.

02. collect
The olives are collected daily in specially equipped areas of our production facilities and placed in open storage baskets that are well ventilated so that the fruit remains as fresh as on the tree.

03. pressing
Using the cold-pressing method, our olive oil is extracted without heating or chemical processes. All of its beneficial ingredients remain unchanged for the consumer.

04. SEDIMENTATION
To ensure the greatest possible transparency of the oil and purity, we have opted for the method of natural sedimentation in specially developed stainless steel tanks.

05. storage
We have invested in high-end storage using nitrogen to ensure the stability of acidity and maintain the premium quality and nutritional value of our oil.

06. bottling
Corinto extra virgin olive oil is bottled using nitrogen. The headspace of the containers is filled with nitrogen so that our olive oil remains fresh and its taste is perfectly preserved.
